SHIPPING & RETURNS

ORDER PROCESSING:

Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Please allow 2 - 5 days to process your order.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

At this time, we only ship to the United States. 

We only have one Ground Shipping at the moment.

Once your order has been fulfilled, please allow an additional 5 day window for shipping. This shipping time will depend on UPS shipping times.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind. All items are unique and produced only when ordered. Refunds and exchanges are only offered if the product is damaged or has a manufacturing error. In order to accept a return we will need a picture to verify the damage or manufacturing error upon your return request. We can only accept the return if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at letsride@grizzlyjonessupplyco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
